As part of an educational tour, a group of students and teachers from Army Public School, Ranikhet, Almora, visited the Institute

The students were apprised of institutional R&D activities in the Himalayan region for safeguarding the environment and ecology of the Himalaya. The students visited the Institute’s laboratory facilities to foster the scientific awareness and environmental stewardship.

An interactive session on Mission LiFE encouraged students to adopt sustainable lifestyles and eco-friendly practices. The students were also sensitized on Vigilance Awareness Week for ‘Probity for Prosperity’. A total of 22 students and 3 teachers participated in the programme and took the Vigilance Awareness and Mission LiFE pledges, reaffirming their commitment to integrity, environmental protection and sustainable living.
