Educational Exposure Visit of Students from PM Shri GIC Janoli, Almora

A total of 112 students from PM Shri GIC Janoli, Almora, visited the institute as part of an educational exposure programme. They were introduced to the institute’s mandate, major research initiatives, and achievements in the conservation of the Himalayan environment. During the visit, the students toured the laboratories, the Automatic Weather Station, and Surykunj, gaining firsthand experience of ongoing scientific research and field-based innovations. The interaction enhanced their scientific understanding and motivated them to adopt sustainable practices in alignment with the objectives of Mission LiFE.
