On this occasion at the Institute’s HQs, 31st Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant Memorial Lecture was delivered by Dr. G.S. Rawat, Former Director WII (Dehradun, Uttarakhand) on "Rangelands of Indian Trans-Himalaya: Sustaining Ecosystem Services and Pastoral Livelihoods".
